About Me!
Hey there! My name is Carlie, and I am a Restaurant Marketing Specialist based in Dallas, Texas. From the time I was 10 years old, I had an unmatchable fascination with the restaurant experience as a means for bringing people together.
From working at Chick-fil-A, to white tablecloth restaurants, a coffee shop, and even cooking in multiple catering kitchens, I have been immersed in restaurant culture for most of my life.
When the pandemic hit, I saw my favorite restaurants closing down. I knew I couldn't let that happen, so I started Find Your Yum to market and consult these great restaurants!
While running my business, during my college years at Southern Methodist University, I had a SMU Dining Marketing Internship through Aramark, a Restaurant Consulting Internship in Spain, and a Restaurant Programming Internship in London.
I've known this industry is for me for a long time, and I am very passionate about making good restaurants great, and great restaurants KNOWN! Now let's tell your story!
